It isn’t as difficult as you might think to achieve a healthy and happy life, both mentally and physically. Feeling irritable? Want to spend about 30 minutes of your daily routine amidst exhaustion? If you’re interested in this brief challenge, read on.

Engage in activities you thought you’d do but never did. Start with a 30-minute workout plan. Dedicate 30 minutes each day and commit to it for a week.

2. 30 Minutes of Reading.

Grab a book and sit down to read for 30 minutes straight. You’ll find that you read more than you expect. Aim to read at least two books a week.

3. 30 Minutes of Social Break.

Step away from social media for 30 minutes. If you’re an avid Facebook user, try this method. Get up and walk without looking at your phone. Rest your eyes. As you get used to it, increase the time you spend away from your phone. In the morning, avoid looking at your phone for the first 30 minutes, and do the same before bedtime.

4. 30 Minutes of Sun Exposure.

Are you getting enough sunlight? The more you stay indoors, the weaker you may feel. Lack of sunlight can lead to headaches and a feeling of sickness due to decreased Vitamin D3 levels. Aim for 30 minutes of sunlight exposure daily. It’s essential for your overall health.

5. 30-Minute Reflection.

Every 30 minutes or so, take a moment to reflect. Stay aware of your thoughts and focus on practical aspects of your life. Hydrate and give your body a break.

6. Take a 30-Minute Break.

Whether you’re listening to music or not, take a 30-minute break to clear your head. Engage in relaxing activities, even if it’s just moving around.

7. 30 Minutes of Progress.

Dedicate 30 minutes to learning something new, such as a language. Use this time to focus and improve your memory. Avoid distractions like eating or checking your phone. Practice for 30 minutes daily.
