- Keep Busy.

- Reduce Watching Horror Movies.
Harry is not afraid of ghosts or blood. So from an early age, I even hid from my family. Because of what happened, I was afraid of when and how I would die. The influence of these films made me worry more about myself and my family and never sleep at night. So even if you like it, try to reduce it.
- Do Not Live Alone.
Talk a lot. Hang out a lot. Make lots of friends. Having fun talking to them reduces your worries. Even when you are upset, you can talk openly, and even if you are alone, you cannot think.
- Do Somethings.

When deciding whether to do something, think for a while. Thinking too much can lead to overthinking and wrong decisions.
- Believe In Yourself.
